• Coordinate blending, material movement, tank operations, and workflow efficiency  /li>
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards  /li>
• Train, coach, and mentor employees while fostering a positive team culture  /li>
• Maintain production records, monitor inventory flow, and optimize storage utilization  /li>
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and operational efficiency  /li>
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance across the team  /li>
• Partner with leadership to resolve production challenges and support plant objectives   hat We're Looking For  ul> li>Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, blending, chemical processing, or industrial production environment  /li>
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills  /li>
• Experience with process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or operational excellence initiatives  /li>
• Ability to motivate teams, hold employees accountable, and build strong working relationships  /li>
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems  /li>
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills  /li>
