Light Industrial Associate

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Light Industrial Associate to support fast-paced client operations. In this role, you'll assist with sorting, packing, loading, basic machine operation, and general warehouse tasks. You will follow safety procedures, inspect materials, maintain clean work areas, and meet production and quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform sorting, packing, and labeling of materials and products
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging of goods
• Operate basic warehouse or light industrial equipment safely
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPEInspect materials and finished goods for quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production and accuracy goals
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members
