Description:
Chorus Field trip to Six Flags. Meet at LHS; bus leaves at 7:30 AM and returns at 8:00 PM.
School nurse will be responsible for:
- Preparation prior to the field trip.
- Obtaining medications, including medication orders.
- Providing and documenting medications and treatments given.
- Assessing students.
- Providing first aid.
- Using the First Aid Bag and student information provided by LHS Health services.
