UMass Memorial Health is hiring an RN for Progressive Care in Leominster, MA. You will plan, deliver and manage direct patient care using the nursing process, from admission through discharge, while adhering to standards of nursing practice.
Your responsibilities include patient assessment, discharge planning, documentation, education for patients and families, and collaboration with the health care team. A Massachusetts RN license and BLS are required; ACLS is preferred if not current.
