Role Overview
Provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, focusing on patients across all ages. Responsible for administering medications, supporting patient education, and ensuring continuity of care through effective communication with healthcare team members. Delegates tasks appropriately, maintains accurate documentation, and adheres to safety and departmental policies. Participates in performance improvement initiatives and strives to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & SkillsLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Massachusetts, with successful completion of an accredited LPN program, and valid driver's license. Preferred certifications include BLS and CPR. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and knowledge of the nursing process. Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing is preferred.
