Ascend Hospice & Palliative Care MA is hiring an RN On Call Nurse (Weekdays) to provide skilled hospice nursing care on a Monday–Thursday schedule. The role includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process, with focus on pain control and symptom management.
You will collaborate with the Medical Director, other hospice staff, and agencies to coordinate care, maintain clear documentation, and ensure compliance with policy and Medicare regulations.
