Target - Up to $26.65/hour - - Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and greeting guests;
Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and explain promos, store activities, and loyalty benefits;
Promote and explain current promos, store activities, and Target Loyalty benefits; assist with sign-up as needed;
Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards; assist with returns and Drive Up orders;
Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours while following safety policies and procedures
