Process member orders in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner using a pick list/RF device and move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.;
Utilize handheld scanner devices to pick orders and verify merchandise; master utilization of digital devices.;
Train, coach, and lead Omni Experience Ambassadors on club policies, procedures, and best order-pulling practices; coach and develop talent.;
Assist in hiring, training, and performance management of omni team members; ensure proper staffing across departments.;
Review daily/weekly OMNI reporting and meet productivity and SLA targets; maintain SOP adherence for BOPIC, BOPIC Fresh, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
