Game Stop - 12;26;32;40 Orchard Hill Park Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, inform guests of promotions, and show appreciation at every transaction.;
Support the store's selling initiatives by promoting products and maintaining a visually organized shopping environment.;
Assist with POS transactions, returns, and customer service calls, escalating to the Store Manager as needed.;
Assist the Store Manager with training, onboarding, and ensuring policy compliance for all store associates.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring guest service and store standards are maintained.
