Responsibilities
- Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority
- Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools
- Create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase
- Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors
- Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales
- Must have technical and product knowledge information
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds
Demonstrates expertise in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales performance through effective use of digital tools and strong product knowledge. Capable of maintaining customer relationships and leveraging social media for brand awareness.
