Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and equipment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands‑on repair experience, and the ability to work safely while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems, circuit boards, controls, and components.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and repair documents.
  • Perform troubleshooting using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and PC-based diagnostic/programming software.
  • Test live and de‑energized circuits to identify faults and verify repairs.
  • Inspect components and assemblies for visual defects, damage, or wear.
  • Verify reported symptoms and replicate issues for accurate root cause analysis.
  • Check incoming and operating power sources, voltages, and signal integrity.
  • Trace circuits and wiring paths to locate failures or intermittent issues.
  • Identify electrical symbols and understand wiring layouts from drawings and prints.
  • Perform soldering and desoldering of electronic components and circuit boards.
  • Follow all company safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety standards.
  • Document repairs, parts used, test results, and corrective actions.
  • Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

  • Experience repairing electrical and electronic equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and related test tools.
  • Knowledge of board‑level programming/software tools .
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documents.
  • Strong soldering and rework skills.
  • Understanding of live circuit testing and electrical hazards.
