Your Job
Responsible for ensuring buildings, equipment, and grounds remain safe, clean, and fully operational through preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair activities. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as performing painting, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks. The role requires strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve facility‑related issues efficiently. This individual will work independently throughout the day and collaborate with external contractors as needed to support maintenance projects and facility improvements.
The position is a day shift role, typically working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This pay for this position is $28 per hour and up, based on experience.

Employees may be assigned to various departments throughout the facility.
- Work in a hot, humid, dusty, and cold environment
- Perform work in an outdoor environment, exposing one to the elements
- Perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., walking, stooping, standing, repetitively pushing and/or pulling
- Climb stairs and work on roofs
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure safety and efficiency
- Fix minor electrical issues, plumbing, drywall, painting, lighting, and furniture repairs
- Perform general cleaning, floor maintenance, and trash removal, particularly during events
- Ensure work is compliant with all EH&S Performance Standards
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- 2 or more years of experience working in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or relevant fields
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Experience operating heavy equipment/machinery
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building mechanics.
- HVAC Preventative Maintenance experience (filter change, coil cleaning)
- 5 or more years of experience working in an industrial setting
- Experience with general site safety
- Experience directing and managing sub-contractors
- OSHA Certification
