About this positionCommunity Resources for Justice (CRJ) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing lives and strengthening communities through direct service, advocacy, and innovation. We operate across four core service lines:
- Community Strategies (CS):
Supporting adults with developmental disabilities to live independently and thrive in their communities. We provide residential and non‑residential programs for men and women with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, including individual and group treatment, job development, and educational opportunities. - Reentry Services (RS):
Supporting people leaving incarceration to make positive, sustainable life transitions. Our division delivers contemporary, evidence‑based services and collaborates with community agencies to help clients transition safely. - Crime & Justice Institute (CJI):
Driving transformative improvements in adult and youth justice systems by partnering with criminal justice organizations to improve public safety and justice delivery. - Family Reentry (FRE):
Addressing behavioral health, domestic violence, reentry, recidivism, and youth risk factors through evidence‑based interventions, a holistic approach, and basic needs support.

About the RoleFull‑time, 40‑hour, non‑exempt position based in Winchendon, MA. Eligible for benefits. Starting rate $20/hr.
ScheduleSecond shift
What you’ll do- Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
- Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan.
- Act as a positive role model to help clients attain the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings.
- Administer medications and complete documentation promptly, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance records.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
- Must pass required certifications within the allotted time set forth by the agency.
- Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.
Pay range: $20–$24 per hour.
