About CRJCommunity Resources for Justice (CRJ) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing lives and strengthening communities through direct service, advocacy, and innovation. We operate across four core service lines:
Community Strategies, Reentry Services, Crime & Justice Institute, and Family Reentry.
CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Residential Counselors to support the wonderful individuals we serve. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position (40 hours/week) based in Leominster, MA. The position is eligible for benefits and has a starting hourly rate of $18, with a pay range of $18–$22 per hour.
Schedules- Sunday 7‑am–3‑pm;
Monday 3‑pm–11‑pm;
Wednesday 3‑pm–11‑pm;
Thursday 7‑am–3‑pm;
Friday 7‑am–3‑pm - Tuesday 7‑am–3‑pm;
Wednesday 7‑am–3‑pm;
Thursday 3‑pm–11‑pm;
Friday 7‑am–3‑pm;
Saturday 3‑pm–11‑pm
- Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
- Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan.
- Act as a positive role model to support clients attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings.
- Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance records.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
- Must pass required certifications within the allotted time set forth by the agency.
- Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.
