• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a CSWE-accredited program
• Specialized school social work certification
• Current state licensure as a social worker (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric/young adult populations preferred
• Strong communication, crisis intervention, and advocacy skills
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and barriers to academic success
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual students and families
• Provide counseling and support services, addressing a range of emotional, behavioral, or social issues
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Connect students and families with community resources and services
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing expertise on social/emotional development
• Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to a safe school environment
