Make a Difference Every Day – Join our compassionate team providing door‑to‑door transportation for elderly and special needs individuals.

• Monday through Friday only – all 5 days needed
• No nights, no weekends
• Split‑shift schedule (AM and PM runs); midday hours may be available
• 20 hours/week, with potential for additional hours

• $20 per hour starting pay
• Raise after 90 days
• Weekly pay and Direct Deposit available

• 21 years or older
• 3+ years of Massachusetts driving experience or contiguous state to Massachusetts
• Clean driving record – RMV reports will be checked
• Experience with elderly or special needs individuals (personal or professional)
• Clean CORI
• Federal fingerprinting
• Pre‑employment full panel substance screening (includes THC)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Physically able to assist passengers to/from vehicles

All applicants will be considered. A background check (CORI) is required for this position, as well as possible federal fingerprinting. The process may include a criminal record check, and employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and a passing drug test. Criminal records will not automatically disqualify an applicant; all applicants have the right under Massachusetts law to review the report and correct any inaccuracies.

Background checks are performed in accordance with EOHHS and 101 CMR 15.00. We understand recreational use of THC is legal at the state level, but due to federal regulations, we must comply with standard federal contract background check requirements.
