Order Fulfillment Associate

Marathon Staffing is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to support warehouse and administrative operations for our clients. In this role, you will pick, pack, and prepare orders, verify accuracy against work orders, and update basic data in warehouse or order management systems. You will label and stage shipments, assist with inventory counts, and follow safety and quality procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment while meeting daily productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Verify items and quantities against work orders or invoices
• Label, stage, and organize shipments for delivery or pickup
• Use basic warehouse or order management systems for data entry
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow safety, quality, and packaging standards
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members on order priorities
• Report inventory or order discrepancies promptly
