Warehouse Team Member

Marathon Staffing is seeking Warehouse Team Members to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will unload and sort incoming materials, pick and pack orders, label and scan products, and help maintain accurate inventory. You'll operate basic warehouse equipment, follow safety and quality guidelines, and keep work areas clean and organized. As part of a people-first, collaborative culture, you'll work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet daily goals and support high-volume client needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and sort incoming materials and products
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Label, scan, and track inventory using warehouse systems or RF scanners
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized following safety guidelines
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and staging shipments
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Support special projects or peak volume needs as assigned
