Stockroom Associate

Marathon Staffing seeks a detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to support warehouse operations for our administrative and light industrial clients. In this role, you will receive, organize, and distribute materials, ensuring accurate counts and timely order fulfillment. You'll maintain a clean, safe stockroom, update basic inventory records, and assist with shipping, staging, and replenishment. Working in a people-first, fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with team members to keep materials flowing smoothly and support client service goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials and supplies
• Label, store, and organize inventory in designated locations
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for internal and client needs
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the stockroom
• Update logs or basic systems with inventory movements
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines
