Warehouse Support Associate

Marathon Staffing seeks a Warehouse Support Associate to assist daily warehouse operations for light industrial clients. In this role, you'll help receive, sort, and stage materials; pick and pack orders; and load/unload trucks while maintaining a clean, safe work area. You'll use basic warehouse tools and pallet jacks, follow detailed instructions, and support inventory counts. This position is ideal for reliable, team-oriented individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and value safety, accuracy, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and stage incoming materials and products
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to instructions
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using pallet jacks or similar equipment
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse work areas
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPEPerform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Label, wrap, and secure pallets and materials
• Support team leads with special projects and rush orders
• Operate basic warehouse tools and equipment as trained
• Communicate issues or delays to supervisors promptly
