Warehouse Clerk

Marathon Staffing is seeking a reliable Warehouse Clerk to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will receive and inspect incoming goods, accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders, and maintain organized inventory. You'll use basic computer systems or scanners to log stock, assist with cycle counts, and keep work areas clean and safe. This position is ideal for detail-oriented candidates who enjoy physical, hands-on work and want to grow with a people-first, service-oriented staffing organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming materials and products
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Maintain organized storage areas and update inventory records
• Operate basic warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, hand trucks)
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines
• Use basic computer systems or scanners to track orders and stock
