Warehouse Loader

Marathon Staffing seeks a Warehouse Loader to support light industrial clients in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will load and unload trailers, stage and wrap pallets, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining high accuracy and safety standards. You'll use pallet jacks and basic warehouse tools, follow shipping documents, and keep work areas clean and organized. This position is ideal for dependable, physically capable candidates who enjoy hands-on work and contributing to efficient operations for multiple client facilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Sort, label, and stage products according to work orders and shipment schedules
• Build, wrap, and secure pallets for transport to prevent damage in transit
• Verify counts against shipping and receiving documents to ensure accuracy
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5
• S/housekeeping standards
• Follow all safety, PPE, and material-handling procedures and report hazards
• Work with warehouse leads and supervisors to meet productivity goals
• Use basic scanning or inventory systems to track incoming and outgoing product
