Shipping Associate

Marathon Staffing is seeking a reliable Shipping Associate to support daily warehouse operations for our clients. In this role, you will pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders, ensuring accurate quantities, proper packaging, and correct labeling. You will print and organize shipping documents, stage and load pallets, and coordinate with carriers to meet shipping deadlines. The position requires standing, lifting, and working in a fast-paced environment while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders according to shipping documents
• Print and apply shipping labels, bills of lading, and other paperwork
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and packaging requirements
• Load, stage, and organize shipments by carrier or route
• Use basic warehouse systems or scanners to track shipments
• Inspect outgoing packages for damage and accuracy
• Communicate with supervisors and carriers about shipment status
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse
