Fulfillment Associate

Marathon Staffing seeks a Fulfillment Associate to support fast-paced warehouse operations for light industrial and clerical clients. In this role, you will pick, pack, and prepare customer orders, verify quantities, and help maintain accurate inventory using basic scanners or computer systems. You'll load and unload materials, follow safety and housekeeping standards, and meet daily productivity goals as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders
• Load, unload, and move materials using basic warehouse equipment
• Verify quantities, inspect products, and maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse
• Use basic computer or scanner systems to track orders and inventory
• Work with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production goals
• Report inventory, equipment, or safety issues promptly
• Support general warehouse tasks as assigned by leadership
