Unloader Associate

Marathon Staffing seeks an Unloader Associate to support high-volume warehouse operations for our clients in the administrative and support services industry. In this role, you will safely unload trucks, containers, and pallets, verify counts against packing lists, and stage materials for sorting or storage. You'll operate basic material handling equipment, maintain a clean, organized work area, and follow safety and quality procedures.

The position requires consistent lifting, standing, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, along with clear communication with supervisors and coworkers to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently
• Verify shipment quantities and inspect products for visible damage
• Sort, stage, and move materials to designated areas
• Use pallet jacks or basic material handling equipment as required
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures at all times
• Maintain accurate counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily unload and production goals
• Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding load status and issues
• Support general warehouse tasks as assigned
