Distribution Center Associate

Marathon Staffing is seeking Distribution Center Associates to support fast-paced warehouse operations for our clients in the administrative and support services industry. In this role, you will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, operate basic material handling equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records. You'll follow safety and quality standards while keeping work areas clean and organized. Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments
• Pick and pack orders according to work orders
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
• Label, stage, and load outbound shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Use basic warehouse systems or scanners for tracking
• Collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet goals
• Report equipment or inventory issues promptly
