Warehouse Worker

Marathon Staffing seeks Warehouse Workers to support our Administrative & Support & Waste Management clients. In this on-site role, you will assist with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. You'll use basic warehouse tools and follow detailed instructions to meet daily production goals while upholding strict safety and quality standards for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and accurately stage inbound products
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to work orders
• Operate pallet jacks or other basic material handling equipment safely
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels
• Label, wrap, and palletize products to meet client requirements
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Use basic warehouse systems or RF scanners to track inventory
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
