U.S. Border Patrol is seeking entry-level Border Patrol Agents for GL-5/7 grade levels with a pathway to advancement and a strong federal benefits package. Training and teamwork are core to daily operations, protecting the nation’s borders while serving the public.
New hires may receive a sign-on incentive up to $20,000 and retention incentives up to $40,000. Duty locations span nationwide, with relocation possible; eligibility for locality pay varies by assigned post and grade.
