Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Para educator to assist teachers and help create a positive, engaging learning environment for students.
Responsibilities- Support teachers with implementing lesson plans and daily instructional activities
- Assist students with reading, writing, and literacy development
- Provide additional support during math instruction and small group activities
- Help adapt and implement curriculum to meet diverse student needs
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, and school functions
- Maintain a safe, organized, and structured classroom environment
- Track and document student progress as directed by the teacher
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs or those requiring extra assistance
Pay Rate: $15/Hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
This position is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about supporting student success.
