St. Mary's Ryken High School is seeking a Director of Campus Ministry to serve as the spiritual heart of campus life.
The role focuses on prayer, worship, service, retreat, faith formation, and pastoral care for students and staff within a Catholic, Xaverian-charism framework. The Director will lead liturgical life, coordinate retreats, mentor student leaders, partner with clergy and parishes, and ensure alignment with SMR’s Catholic identity while welcoming diverse faith backgrounds.
