Network Operations Analyst; Tier 2

Cyber Linx Solutions is seeking a skilled Network Operations Analyst (Tier
2) to support, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network and infrastructure systems. This role serves as the escalation point from Tier 1 and is responsible for resolving complex network, connectivity, and systems issues while ensuring uptime and performance across the environment.

• Monitor network and infrastructure performance and respond to alerts
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and routing issues
• Administer core services including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory
• Escalate complex incidents to Tier 3 when required
• Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions
• Assist with patching, upgrades, and maintenance windows

• 3–5 years of network or infrastructure support experience
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VPN technologies
• Experience with enterprise firewalls and network monitoring tools
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments (e.g., Microsoft Windows Server)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or Security+
• Monitoring tools (PRTG, Solar Winds, Ninja One, Datto RMM)
• Basic firewall/VPN management
• Incident response escalation
• Experience in 24/7 or NOC environments
