DescriptionIT Support Specialist / Desktop Support Technician – Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues, delivering excellent customer service and timely resolution of incidents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first and second level support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and support systems running Microsoft Windows
- Support email and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 (Windows 10/11 enterprise support)
- Troubleshoot printers, VPN access, Wi‑Fi, and basic network connectivity
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Perform hardware deployments, imaging, and workstation setups
- Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 or infrastructure teams as needed
- Intune or endpoint management
- 1 to 4 years of IT support or help desk experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows desktop environments
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities
- Associate degree or equivalent technical training
- Certifications CompTIA A+, Microsoft MD-102, ITIL Foundation
- Experience in enterprise or multi-site environments
