Description

Cyber Linx Solutions is seeking a skilled Applications Support Analyst (Tier
2)
to provide advanced support for enterprise applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operation of business critical systems. This role serves as a second level escalation point and works closely with end users, IT teams, and vendors to maintain application reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise applications, addressing user issues, errors, and system incidents.
  • Troubleshoot application functionality, workflows, integrations, and data issues.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain application updates, patches, and releases.
  • Monitor application performance, logs, and error reporting systems.
  • Maintain documentation of incidents, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new features or updates.
  • Support business process analysis and recommend system improvements.
  • Assist in training end users and providing knowledge resources.
  • ERP/municipal software experience.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in application support or enterprise systems administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for web-based, desktop, or client-server applications.
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL queries, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now, Jira, Cherwell).
  • Vendor coordination.
  • Data migration & troubleshooting.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business applications.
  • Knowledge of integration platforms and APIs.
  • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Application Support, or vendor-specific certifications.
  • Familiarity with cloud-hosted applications and SaaS platforms.
