Cyber Linx Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer (Primary Technical Lead) to serve as the primary technical lead for our IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise systems, leading complex projects, and providing Tier 3 support for escalated issues. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on engineer with deep expertise in servers, virtualization, networking, cloud technologies, and security.

• Serve as the primary technical lead for infrastructure projects and daily operations
• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise systems and networks
• Manage Windows Server environments (e.g., Microsoft Windows Server) and virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper‑V
• Configure and maintain enterprise firewalls, switches, and routers (e.g., Cisco Systems, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks)
• Oversee cloud and hybrid environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services)
• Implement and maintain security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
• Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Document systems, processes, and standard operating procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise systems engineering
• Expertise in Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and security
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and project management skills
• Experience with hybrid or cloud environments
• Leadership experience and mentoring capability

• Certifications such as Microsoft Azure, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or Security+
• Experience with automation and scripting (Power Shell, Python)
• Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance standards
• Master’s degree or advanced technical certifications for career growth
