Jul 27, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a high-risk Labor & Delivery position requiring prior travel experience and multiple active certifications including C-EFM, NRP, and STABLE. Details Hospital Labor & Delivery unit focused on high-risk obstetric patients Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Every other weekend required Every other holiday required On-call required: 36 hours per 6-week block (12 hours per pay period), with an on-premises response time of 45 minutes upon receiving a call Floating required within skillset, including Mom/Baby and postpartum units Requirements Active MD or Compact RN license required Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and C-EFM (through NCC) — all must be current at time of consideration Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required High-risk L&D experience required At least 1 prior travel assignment required

Skills required:
