We are a Family Owned and Operated HVAC company that has been serving the Southern Maryland area since 1948. We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! This is a permanent Full‑time position.

Responsibilities
  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • 3-5 years of HVAC experience. Prefer 3 + years leading an HVAC Install crew.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be eager to learn
  • Must have clean professional attire
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and 100% dedicated to meeting customer expectations
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures

Compensation: $52,000-$62,000 a year (paid as an hourly rate employee, on a weekly basis). Starting pay is based on experience and active certifications. Pay increases are based on performance reviews.
