Total Care Services, Inc. is hiring a Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD/DD) in accessing services, resources, and community-based support.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
• Degree must already be obtained
• 2+ years of case management experience
• OR
• 2+ years of experience working with the IDD/DD population
• Must live in Maryland
• Must have:
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Active car insurance
