• Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes and improve work flow
• Test, maintain, monitor and implement new computer programs and systems
• Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related issues, such as malfunctions and program problems
• Review and analyze computer printouts and performance indicators to locate network problems and determine how to correct errors
• Follow all Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Standards. Other duties as defined by Supervisor.

• 2 years of experience preferred; experience with PCs and hardware troubleshooting; knowledge of installing software and setting up printers

• Technical school graduate; familiarity with network hardware and software and knowledge of network protocols; must demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude

Rate:55,000 – 60,000 per year
