Blending Operator (Full-time) - Day Shift Position Overview
As a Blending Operator, you’ll help create world‑class products behind well‑known brands. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This entry‑level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
Shift & Schedule This role operates on the 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Some weekends/overtime may be required. Onboarding Structured 4–5‑day onboarding program, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the first week.Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep your work area clean
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team‑oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
