Blending Operator (Full-time) - Overnight Shift
The Blending Operator works on the 3rd shift, operating a 3‑day rotational schedule from Sunday night to Friday morning (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). The role involves working with manufacturing machinery, following safety, quality, and cGMP procedures, and ensuring smooth operation throughout the production line. An introductory 4–5‑day onboarding program is provided to help new employees integrate successfully.
SHIFT / SCHEDULE10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sunday night – Friday morning). Some weekends and overtime may be required depending on business needs.
ONBOARDING SCHEDULEStructured 4–5‑day onboarding program; typical hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete onboarding during their first week.
POSITION SUMMARYAs a blending operator, you’ll support the production of high‑quality nutritional products, operating equipment, managing ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. This entry‑level role focuses on attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep work area clean
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team‑oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.00–$23.60 * (includes a $3.00/hour shift differential). Final compensation may vary based on additional factors.
