Encapsulation Operator (Full-time) - Overnight Shift

Shift/ScheduleThis role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday Night – Friday Morning, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM. Some weekends/overtime depending on business needs.
Onboarding ScheduleTo ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
Position SummaryAs an Operator, you’ll help make the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure smooth operation on the production line. This entry-level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Your work helps ensure every item that leaves the line is something we’re proud of.
This role will support our Encapsulation Department.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep your work area clean
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.00. The pay range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary by knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. This includes a $3.00/hour shift differential.
