Duration-06 Month+ Contract
Work Schedule: FT M-F 8:00am to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate:$25/Hour on W2

Job Summary:


Under the direction of the Supervisor Quality Lab Services, Manager Quality Lab Services the Laboratory Technician Quality Services is responsible for performing routine laboratory support functions, cleaning of glassware, and general housekeeping. This role focuses on basic laboratory functions and provides an opportunity to learn advanced testing techniques under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform qualitative analysis and routine laboratory testing.
• Collect and prepare samples, media, reagents, and standard solutions.
• Maintain laboratory supplies, equipment, glassware, and work areas.
• Record, calculate, review, and report test results accurately.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify and report atypical or OOS results to the Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records.
• Support senior laboratory staff with testing and other assignments.
• Meet deadlines and work collaboratively within the team.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field preferred.
• 0–1 year of laboratory experience.
• Basic math, computer, MS Word, and Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
