Responsibilities

Carry out planned, reactive and preventative maintenance on a large commercial building
Perform electrical testing, inspections and fault finding
Complete NICEIC documentation and reports
Work safely in line with health & safety regulations
Use PDA/tablet systems to manage workloads
Support permit‑to‑work systems and site compliance
Assist wider FM teams as required
Maintain plant, equipment and building services

Qualifications and Experience

City & Guilds th Edition or equivalent
Experience working within Facilities Management or critical environments
Knowledge of EMS and BMS systems
Experience carrying out electrical testing and certification
Strong health & safety awareness
Good IT skills

Other Information

This role will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (38.75 hours per week), with participation in an on‑call rota.
