We are seeking a proactive and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow‑ups
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other office communications
  • Support ad‑hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Prior admin experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
