Billing Clerk - Evening Shift

Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced billing clerk to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The Evening Billing Clerk will be taking care of billing and generating shipping documents.

Schedule - 5pm to 1:30am. There is a possibility for OT.

Responsibilities:

Perform various billing and administrative tasks in the evening shift, working alongside the shipping team and reporting to the Supervisor - Plant Admin/Billing.

Work with little supervision and prioritize tasks according to the needs of the business.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, reporting, and document compilation.

Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.

Working knowledge of MS Office applications and strong computer skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

This is an evening shift that starts at 17:00 and ends at approximately 1:30, with potential overtime.
