- Organize and pack certificates and transcripts, arrange folios, and set up the event venue.
- Provide support with daily operations during the event.
- Review and ensure audio files are properly set up for the name-reading system.
- Prepare and print necessary materials for the event.
- Handle any additional tasks or duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Well versed in general IT applications
- Possesses strong customer service skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thorough in tasks.
- May need to work longer hours 7:30am to 7:30pm during events.
