- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs efficiently
- Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, correspondence, and operational coordination
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and record/distribute meeting minutes
- Manage calendars, appointments, and shifting priorities across departments
- Coordinate office procedures and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency

- Monitor office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Support document management, filing systems, and confidential records
- Act as a key point of contact for internal staff, clients, and external partners
- Previous experience in office management, executive administration, or senior administrative support
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and general office technology
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative independently
- Experience supporting leadership teams or multi-department operations
- Background in HR coordination, bookkeeping, or operations support
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
