Compensation & Hours

Position Summary
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs efficiently
  • Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, correspondence, and operational coordination
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and record/distribute meeting minutes
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and shifting priorities across departments
  • Coordinate office procedures and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Assist with onboarding, staff support, and internal communication coordination
  • Organize company functions, team events, and office initiatives
  • Monitor office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Support document management, filing systems, and confidential records
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal staff, clients, and external partners
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in office management, executive administration, or senior administrative support
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and general office technology
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative independently
Bonus Points
  • Experience supporting leadership teams or multi-department operations
  • Background in HR coordination, bookkeeping, or operations support
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
