Join The McIntyre Ranch team as an Administrative Coordinator. This role requires managing payroll and outdoor operations, ensuring efficient ranch management.
The McIntyre Ranch is in search of an organized Administrative Coordinator dedicated to supporting day-to-day ranch functions. Working 75% in the Lethbridge office, your duties will include payroll processing, accounts management, and report generation. You'll also engage in outdoor ranch activities, balancing office work with hands-on participation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll and track expenses accurately
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities
• Report creation from ranch operations for record keeping
• Inventory management for supplies and cattle
• Support major ranch operations with logistics coordination
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Quick Books Online
• Familiarity with payroll and financial management
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Capacity to adapt to various work settings
• Passion for cattle ranching and teamwork
