As a Receptionist, you'll work part-time, approximately 20-30 hours weekly, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You'll manage calls and direct them appropriately while ensuring a friendly atmosphere for all visitors. Ideal candidates will showcase excellent customer service and attention to detail while performing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and direct them correctly
• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance
• Maintain organized and updated office records
• Execute general administrative tasks efficiently
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in administration
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented for data accuracy
• High school diploma required
Support a welcoming environment at Davis GMC Buick while using your reception and customer service skills.
