McIntyre Ranch is looking for a skilled Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day operations. You’ll split time between the Lethbridge office and the ranch, focusing on payroll, accounts management, and inventory tracking. This salaried position requires adaptability, especially during peak seasons, offering a balance of desk and outdoor responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll and manage expenses book
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable responsibilities
• Create and input reports from ranch activities
• Collect inventory data on supplies and cattle
• Plan and host ranch events effectively
Requirements:
• Experience with MS Office and Quick Books Online
• Background in payroll and accounting processes
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Capability to adapt to varying work conditions
• Collaborative spirit for working with ranch hands
Play a key role in McIntyre Ranch by ensuring smooth operational workflows and contributing to cattle management.
